You will live in an amazing Penthouse Duplex of 1100 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, an office and1 1/2 bathroom in a contemporary building from the1980's with an elevator, intercom and full security equipment (intercom etc etc).

On the first floor you will find a very large dining area and a huge Living room with large bay windows and sliding doors directly connected to a large private terrace with huge trees and bamboo. (Zen Garden) overlooking the roofs of Paris.
On the same floor in the hallway there is a rest room, a huge cabinet, closets, and fully equipped kitchen with a washer dryer and dishwasher.

On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private connected luxury bathroom.
The second restroom is located in the hallway of the second floor.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a full equipped office and a beautiful desk,
This room also has bay windows and great views of Paris.
There is also another office fully equipped (computer, Printer etc etc) with a balcony with amazing views.

Lots of books and dvds are provided. Wifi and internet throughout the apartment..
The entire apartment is furnished with amazing furniture from art deco to contemporary.

We live in one of the most historic neighborhoods of Paris.... La Bastille.
Were steps away from the worlds famous Opera Bastille inaugurated in 1989 for the bicentennial of the french revolution. our apartment is In the middle of amazing restaurant, bars, clubs and a host of quaint cafes. One block from our flat there is one of the most famous market (marche) of Paris every Thursday and Sunday Morning where you will find the most delicate produce from France
We are also walking distance from Le Marais well known for its museums exciting nightlife and its famous Place des Vosges.
The Metro (subway) Line 5 is one block from the flat.

We are open to think about any offer especially that our secondary charm duplex in the 5th arrondissement behind the botanic garden can be used for a non simultaneous exchange...but it is smaller ( 50 meter square with a balcony) and is perfect for a romantic stay for a couple in Paris ...

We are planning to travel first to California on July 20 , we would like to stay at L.A, La Jolla for a week or so , then we will fly to the east coast , departing on August 27 from New York to Paris, so we are interesting in the cape cod area , in the vermont for a week or so
We have another charm de luxe small duplex with stunning views on the Pantheon which can be used in the exchange if the schedules don't match your dates...It is a secondary apartment we don't use . We also have a country house at two hours from Paris

We are both Doctors and acadelics who enjoy traveling and working around the world. Our favorite destination is North America where we often work with universities. We also spent a lot of time in Africa for charity reasons.
We both speak english and french.
