Charming, comfortable, spacious apartment (120sqm). Perfectly suitable to family with (young) children or couple! The house is build in the stylish 1930’s and is completely restored 4 years ago with all modern facilities. The appartement has three floors, on the first floor there is a large living room, a modern kitchen, toilet and balcony. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with second toilet and a second balcony. On the third floor there is a small study room with acces to the spacious (30sqm) rooftop terrace.

We live in the safe, quiet residential Amsterdam neighborhood Watergraafsmeer, only 10 / 15 minutes away from of the city centre (with public transport or bike). An ideal place to stay and explore the many highlights of the city! Whether you like cultural activities, like musea, festivals or architecture, or you like to go shopping or dining, you'll find it in Amsterdam, a capital with the warmth of a village. In only 5 minutes walk from our house, there's a supermarket and other shops for your daily groceries. You also find nice restaurants, children's playground, different parks, ice skate ring, public transport (also a train station) and a car rental within the neighbourhood.

We chose to live in this area, because it's one of the best area's of Amsterdam. It's a nice place to raise a family and also nearby the joys of a big city, like many good restaurants, movie theaters, musea etc. It's a friendly, safe and very green environment.
