Modern house, part of an old cottage recently refurbished, with 3 bedrooms + bathroom upstairs, and on the ground floor a lounge and open kitchen opening on a sunny terrace and a small garden.

It's not a "villa on the shore with a nice view on the sea", but the place is nice and it's a very functional house where you could spend one week and more to discover the area

The house is close ( 800ml) to the center of a small village Séné with all the amnesties and shops, but also close to the beach and a sailing club (3km) and a huge Bird Natural area (Réserve des marais de Séné)
You are on the bike track , so you can get everywhere with your bike ( hundreds kms of tracks in Morbilhan)
Vannes is very close (4 kms) and you could discover the medieval town with old buildings (14 eme, 15 eme), and a lot of entertainments especially in the summer.

With my wife we live in Southampton (UK). I (François) am French and Phillippa is British. I work as a management consultant and Phillippa is an English teacher for managers. Our second home is in Vannes (Séné) and very often we spend our holidays there . My son Yves lives just next to the house, and he could welcome people and help them to settle in their new home, and give good advice to discover the area.
